Clean lobby GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Nice rooms and my son had a great time in the pool I had a small issue in check in and all 3 different people I spoke with were extremely helpful and nice and issues was resolved with no hesitation will definitely be back !

My husband and I recently stayed at Platinum Inn & Suites in Webster, and we were truly so impressed. From the moment we walked in, the owner and staff made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. They were kind, attentive, and genuinely accommodating the entire stay. Our room was immaculately clean — I’m pretty particular about cleanliness, and it exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping refreshed our room daily, which made it feel even more comfortable and homey. It’s rare to find that level of consistency and care. The gym and pool area were very clean and well maintained, and breakfast each morning was fresh, stocked, and enjoyable. One thing that really stood out to us was how well lit the parking area is — even the back parking lot felt bright and safe at night, which gave us so much peace of mind. The location is also fantastic. There are so many restaurants and shopping centers nearby — you can actually walk to many of them. If you prefer to drive, everything is just minutes away. It’s a short drive to the Kemah Boardwalk, NASA Johnson Space Center, and even the Galveston area. And honestly, if you don’t want to go far at all, there is so much to do right around the hotel. To be completely honest, because the price was so affordable, I didn’t know what to expect — but we were blown away by the standards the owner maintains here. It truly feels like a hidden gem. We felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. We will absolutely be booking here again on our next trip to Webster. Highly, highly recommend! 🫶🏽

I've rated this hotel 5 stars because of the following: • Best value for your money. • The rooms are clean and spacious. • Amazing staff. • I've stayed in many hotels around the world, including some 5-star hotels, but I've never seen the owners interact with the daily activities as in this hotel. Moreover, the owners are as friendly of people you'll meet. • Excellent location to everything. • Restaurants are walking distance. The mall, HEB grocery store, Urgent Care, Sam's Club, Costco, department stores and anything you need is literally 5 minutes away. This hotel provides the best bang for your buck! I wish all hotels were like this in my travels.

The hotel staff: Vaneta, Paul, Sue, Daniel are so sweet and amazing! My family and I loved the stay here at Platinum Inn and Suites. The beds are comfy. Hotel rooms was very clean. The shower and bath was wonderful, clean and stayed hot. The towels were nice and soft. The breakfast was great! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Firstly, The rooms are detailed with many pictures and quite decent quality, quite comparable to many hotels, but slightly older rooms, conclusion they are fine and acceptable so a 3.88 stars for rooms So the service, there’s nothing that stands out from it but nothing bad either. nothing much so it deserves a 4.01 stars because it is good. For the location I would say it stands out for where it is at many of the restaurants are accessible and near even a bowlero. Space center is kind close but a 15 min drive. Considering all of the information I decided that the location gets a 4.99 out of 5 it is actually outstanding near unbeatable for the price. Finally, let’s go over the breakfast, it is not the best but definitely is fine because it’s free breakfast. The hours are not the best like 9 am closing in weekends, we know some of us wake up past 9 on weekends, and the food is fine, but not the best because no eggs only hard boiled and just the flavor of them is not ideal. So breakfast is going to get a 3.44 stars out of 5. Acceptable and fine. So I calculated the mean of the four ratings and it ended up with a 4.08, what stands out the most from this hotel is the location it is perhaps comparable to the best hotels ever for the location. So the question, Should you get this hotel? The answer considering all this info is yes if you enjoy the location and the price.
